Tasting Notes
Originally planted in the 1970's by Dr. Ferrington, this is one of Anderson Valley's legacy vineyards, coveted for its deeply flavored valley-floor fruit. At once mouth-filling and structured, our inaugural 2020 Ferrington Vineyard Pinot Noir displays the site’s signature dark berry complexity with a lovely tension from bright acidity and polished tannins. Blackberry, plum, clove, and dried flowers fill out the rich palate with sweet oak lingering on the extremely long finish. Enjoy upon release or cellar for up to 5-7 years.
