Our 2018 Anderson Valley Angel Hawk Pinot Noir is an exquisitely finessed, deeply complex and elegantly structured wine. It opens with an enticing bouquet of dried rose petals, red berry, sweet floral tea, and wet stone complemented by notes of allspice, clove and vanilla. On the palate a bright core of high-toned red fruit, buoyed by racy acidity unfurls with suppleness from polished tannins, while hints of alpine strawberry and sweet oak persist on the seemingly never-ending finish.
